HCF has partnered with the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute to host the Healthy Hearts Regional Roadshow. The heart health testing will be set-up at Sunbury Square Shopping Centre 2-28 Evans St, near Toyworld.
In as little as 10 minutes, the team of Victor Chang Heart Health Check specialists can take on-the-spot measurements of eligible members’ blood pressure, total cholesterol, and blood sugar levels, using the latest technology and equipment.
The Heart Health Check specialist will then provide you with personalised recommendations based on the modifiable heart disease risk factors and a take-home results sheet.
