Sunbury life coach finalist in national awards

Business owner Liz Reichard has been named a finalist in the 2025 AusMumpreneur Awards in the One to Watch category.

Ms Reichard, a former family lawyer, left the legal profession after experiencing severe burnout. She launched her business, Liz the Radiance Coach, to support women with mental health, body acceptance, and personal development through coaching and group programs.

Over the past year, she has introduced her Outrageous Radical Body Acceptance group program and delivered workshops to hundreds of women.

She says her work focuses on helping women reconnect with their bodies and live with confidence and purpose.

The AusMumpreneur Awards recognise Australian mothers who run businesses while raising families. Categories cover a range of fields including innovation, sustainability, and technology.

This year’s awards event will be held in Geelong on 11–12 August, supported by Business Events Victoria. The program includes keynote speakers, networking events, and workshops, and will culminate in a gala ceremony announcing the national winners.

Ms Reichard said the nomination reflects the changes she made in her own life.

“It shouldn’t be a new idea that women are allowed to feel good in their bodies, or live lives filled with joy, pleasure and purpose, but somehow it still is. My work exists to change that.”
