Organisers of the Sunbury Agricultural Show are inviting expressions of interest from traders keen to take a stall at this year’s show. Show volunteers are looking for “vibrant vendors to be a part of this family-friendly day”.
Show volunteer Amelia McPherson says: “Whether you’re a returning vendor or new to the event, we are eager to showcase the passion and talents of the Sunbury community, and we welcome a variety of stalls including food vendors, general retailers, amusements, entertainment, home crafts, and community groups.”
This year’s show will take place on the Saturday 11 October 2025 at the Clarke Oval, and promises to offer Sunbury a fun-filled day of food, entertainment, crafts, trucks, horses, and more.
“As a volunteer-run event, we truly appreciate community support and welcome any feedback, new ideas, or volunteers to help make this event even better,” says Ms McPherson.
Organisers are also calling for more volunteers, as the annual show continues to grow.
“We need help with horses, crafts, poultry, community, traffic, liaisons with groups, stage, trade and many other jobs,” says Ms McPherson.
“Maybe you have a special skill, like accounting or safety officer. Maybe you’re amazing at floral arrangements, or know all about veggies and fruit. You might be a whiz with social media, websites and advertising and marketing. Many hands make light work – and we would love the help.”
The Sunbury Agricultural Society’s committee meet once a month.
