An official flag-raising ceremony will be held at the Village Green fountain in Sunbury. There will be music from the Rainbow Voices Community Choir, face painting and guest speakers.
There are also a number of other activities being held this week in the lead up to the day including a rainbow shopfronts competition where local businesses and community groups have been invited to decorate their shop windows and foyers in support of the LGBTIQA+ community.
