A brand-new pop choir is hitting all the right notes as it prepares to launch in Sunbury this July. Spearheaded by local singing teacher Sabrina Reh, the community-based choir promises a fun and inclusive experience for music lovers of all levels.
With a setlist featuring chart-topping hits from artists such as Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Dua Lipa, Hozier, and more, the choir will focus on contemporary pop favourites – with a few throwback gems thrown in for good measure.
“This is something I’ve been dreaming about for years,” said Ms Reh. “Whether you sing in the car, the shower, or just need a break from the chaos at home, this is your invitation to come along and have some fun.”
Importantly, the choir is designed for anyone who loves singing – no solo performances required. Singers can choose from parts suited to high, medium, or low voices, or simply stick to the melody and enjoy the group experience.
Ms Reh, who holds a Bachelor of Music and boasts over 15 years of teaching experience, says the choir will be a relaxed, welcoming space with an emphasis on joy rather than perfection.
She’s currently seeking expressions of interest from potential members to help determine the size of the venue and coordinate future communications.
