Star Wars fans can own their very own Imperial Light Cruiser inspired home in the Macedon Ranges.
Ray White Bayswater agent Brendan Milner is offering a 2.3ha bare block of land at 131 Pipers Creek Rd, Kyneton which has approved plans for a Star Wars styled spaceship home.
The land is being sold by private treaty with a $1.05 million to $1.15 million price guide and was launched to the market today – the unofficial Star Wars Day, May 4.
Seller Shyam Avatapalli says he has always wanted to design something unique and landed on the sci-fi design because it fits the block perfectly.
“The plans are approved and are being offered with the block so it’s completely ready for a new buyer to come in and complete Shyam’s vision,” says Milner.
