Libraries After Dark and Hume Arts and Culture present a screening of the Sunbury ’72 documentary, commemorating the Sunbury Music Festival.

The inaugural Sunbury music festival was a massive cultural awakening for many young Australians and was pivotal in the shaping of the Australian music and festivals scene.

Produced by John Dixon, the documentary captures all the blood, sweat and beers of the historic 1972 event, including footage of Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs, Chain, Phil Manning, and plenty of shenanigans of the notorious crowds that attended.

This film is rated PG for nudity. Parental guidance is recommended for young viewers.
