The median value of real estate across Sunbury has dropped according to figures from the Real Estate Institute. It says the median price of four bedroom homes is down by 1.9% on a year ago.

As you know, the city of Hume is divided into wards, with local councillors representing their constituents on Hume Council. But a shake up may see Sunbury’s Jacksons Creek Ward cut in half and its three councillors dropped to two.
Hume Council is $38 million short when it comes to the rates take due to non-payers across the city., But how many are in Sunbury? The council won’t say.
The multideck car park is taking shape in Evans Street, three concrete pillars are now in position. The car park will offer 300 free spaces and provide space for bicycles too.
