In a post on Facebook Sunbury councillor Jarrod Bell writes that he’s had a few questions about local infrastructure, how it’s funded and why one area seems to get more than others.
“So I thought I’d jump on and have a chat as to how local growth and development funds local infrastructure,” he writes. “It’s not ideal, I would love it to be reversed but this is the system we have to work within.
“I am by no means an expert in this space so I may not get everything 100% correct!”
