Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health is to get a new CEO. David Wild will take up the role on 30 January 2024, arriving from the Specialised Assistance School for Youth in Adelaide.
Wild’s clinical background is in mental health and he has worked across the education, health, and community sectors. He has worked with refugees, asylum seekers, indigenous communities and survivors of torture.
More recently he has worked in the education sector launching a child wellbeing program that focuses on supporting schools and educators to recognise and support child wellbeing needs earlier in their life. Wild has also held the positions of state manager and national clinical manager at Headspace Schools.
