Business owners invited to networking event

Sunbury business owners are being encouraged to come together and explore new opportunities for growth at a free networking event hosted by Hume City Council.

The event – the final in the council’s 2025 business networking series – will be held on Wednesday, 12 November, from 5.30pm to 7pm at the Hume Global Learning Centre, 44 Macedon St, Sunbury.

Organised by the council’s Economic Development Department, the session aims to support local enterprises by providing a relaxed setting for business owners to share ideas, make new connections and learn about resources available to help their businesses thrive.

Participants will also be able to enjoy free light refreshments while meeting other like-minded businesspeople from the local area.

A council spokesperson said the initiative reflects Hume’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the local economy and helping businesses grow through collaboration and community engagement.

Registration is free but essential. Click here to register.
