Two thirds of properties listed for sale in Sunbury sold with a median 33 days on the market, according the Real Estate Institute.
Looking at first quarter figures, the median value for two-bed homes is $487,500, three-bed homes, $600,000, and four-bed properties $720,000. Rentals in Sunbury range between $400 to $540 a week, according to official figures.
Quarterly change of median values in Sunbury is put at 1.5% by the institute, the median value put at $655,000. It will be another month before second quarter figures are released.
