Just one home was sold in Sunbury last week according to data from Real Estate Institute of Victoria. The four bedroom Isabella St property sold for $635,000 at auction on 27 February. A home at Olive Gr that went under the hammer on 29 February was passed in.
The institute puts the median price of a home in Sunbury at $648 (in Q3 2022 it was $720,000), with the central Melbourne median placed at $909,000. Sunbury prices have dropped by 2.2% over the quarter.
The institute says clearance rates for Sunbury are 71% and that properties in the town take an average 34 days to sell.
