All the information you need to help you get solar installed at your home and take advantage of Victorian Government rebates will be available at a free information evening being run by Hume council on Thursday, 4 May 2023 at the Hume Global Learning Centre, 44 Macedon Street, Sunbury.
The council has partnered with the Yarra Energy Foundation (YEF) and accredited solar provider Green Home Green Planet to help Hume residents take advantage of Victorian Government rebates of up to $1,400 and no-interest loans of the same amount for eligible households.
Hume City Council is offering an additional $700 rebate available to concession card holders who install solar through the Hume program. Which can reduce the upfront costs of solar by $3,500.
