Sunbury’s Rockstars Seafood and Grill restaurant in O’Shanassy St has been listed for sale with an asking price of between $250,000 and $300,000 plus stock.
Described in sales literature as “one of a kind”, marketing material states the venue has fast become one of Sunbury’s most loved hospitality venues.
“The venue has prominent main road exposure and is surrounded by great supporting hospitality businesses which brings a great amount of foot traffic to the area,” states the sales blurb.
“The business is currently open every day for dinner plus three lunches a week from Friday to Sunday.”
The restaurant is licensed seven days until 11pm for up to 80 patrons and has an outdoor dining area.
The venue’s interior is described as “meticulously renovated” with a stunning modern design and fit-out.
